A historic brick farmhouse with pond views, an outdoor fire pit with firewood provided, open-air lounge and resting areas where the only obligation is to be present. Every meal is included: healthy, casual, farm-style food that brings people together without fuss. The glass-enclosed heated saltwater pool is yours to use whenever you need stillness or just want to float. Sound bath sessions happen in that same glass room — one of the more extraordinary spaces you'll find yourself in. The experience itself includes guided meditation and breathwork, journaling and group sharing circles, creative expression activities, equine therapy with the horses on the property, nature walks through the pastures and trails, and a one-hour relaxing massage.
